The Most Advanced PTAC.

Applied Comfort Products Inc. has been engineering advanced PTACs with class leading performance, quality and reliability since 1994. For 2015, we are proud to introduce i42 ... the most advanced PTAC available !

Dependable by Design.

Premium Components -- The i42 uses advanced Mitshubishi Inverter compressors. All components are carefully selected and integrated to provide exceptional reliability, durability, low sound, and long-life.

The Future is Here.

The i42 Inverter PTAC is the most advanced PTAC on the market today, designed to outperform all other PTACs.

Precise Temperature Control

Consistent Humidity Control

Lowest Sound Level

Lowest Energy Consumption

EER up to 14.8 in part-load

Advanced compressor & fan speed modulation ensures precise and consistent temperature and humidity control.

Noise and energy consumption from compressor restarting is eliminated.

In real-world part-load conditions, the Applied Comfort i42 will provide unmatched occupant comfort, lowest sound levels, and the lowest energy consumption.

i42 : The Benefits of Inverter Technology

TEMPERATURE

non-inverter

Poor temperature control = overcooling Frequent start-stop of compressor Louder and more power consumption

set point

Reach Setpoint Faster

i42 inverter

Minimal temperature fluctuation Efficient use of energy Smoother, Quieter, Better Dehumidifcation

Non-inverter PTACS run the compressor at full RPM or zero RPM (on or off) -- the on/off compressor cycling in part-laod conditions wastes substantial amounts of electric power

i42 Inverter PTACS slow the compressor RPM to match the part-load cooling or heating power required -- a substantial reduction in power consumption occurs
