Gulftech G Liner is an alternative to the traditional sheet metal for constructing return air ducts. Our product is made with high quality, fire-resistant, corrugated cardboard faced with aluminum foil on both sides. It cuts down labor costs, reduces duct noise and gives a professional clean look. Gulftech G Liner is available in 4 different widths.

INSTALLATION:
The GULFTECH G LINER panel end is either attached to the underside of the wood members, or a one inch section is bent to 90 degrees and attached to the vertical side of the wood member. The GULFTECH G LINER panels are fastened to the wood studs or joists using minimum 3/8-inch long staples or roofing nails spaced 2 inches on center. The joints formed between GULFTECH G LINER panels and return ducts, studs, joists or adjacent panels are sealed using 2” width Gulf o Tech aluminum foil tape.
